The Bold Bronze Method™

Student Agreement & Terms of Enrolment

This Student Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bold Bronze Beaute ABN 884538935, trading as Bold Bronze Academy ("we", "our", "us"), and the enrolled student ("Student", "you", "your").

By enrolling in The Bold Bronze Method™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Course Access

Your enrollment provides you with access to The Bold Bronze Method™ as outlined at the time of purchase.

Depending on your selected package, your enrolment may include:

  • The Bold Bronze Method™ – Digital Course Experience

  • The Bold Bronze Method™ – Digital + 1:1 Practical Experience

  • Optional Bold Bronze Launch Kit

  • Founding Student bonuses (where applicable)

Course access is provided to one individual only and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

Students receive lifetime access to the course they have purchased, including any resources available within that course at the time of enrolment.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course content remains the intellectual property of Bold Bronze Beaute trading as Bold Bronze Academy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Training videos

  • Demonstration videos

  • Presentation slides

  • Downloadable resources

  • Templates

  • Checklists

  • Written material

  • Images

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Course names

  • Methods and frameworks

The Bold Bronze Method™ is provided for your personal educational use only.

Students must not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Screen record

  • Download for redistribution

  • Share login details

  • Upload course content online

  • Sell

  • Teach

  • Republish

  • Modify

  • Distribute

any course material without prior written permission.

Unauthorised reproduction, sharing or distribution of course materials may result in immediate termination of course access and legal action where appropriate.

3. Confidentiality

Students agree to respect the privacy of other students and any information shared within the private student community.

Information shared by other students should remain confidential and not be shared outside the community without permission.

4. Course Disclaimer

The Bold Bronze Method™ has been designed to provide practical education in spray tanning.

Completion of this course does not guarantee business success, income, employment, client bookings or specific outcomes.

Results will vary depending on each student's level of commitment, practice, business decisions and local market conditions.

Students are responsible for ensuring they comply with any licensing, insurance, council or regulatory requirements applicable in their state or country.

5. 1:1 Practical Training

Students who purchase the Digital + 1:1 Practical Experience should complete the online modules before attending their practical training session.

Once you have completed (or are close to completing) the online training, simply contact Bold Bronze Academy to arrange your half-day practical session.

Practical training is subject to availability and must be booked and completed within 12 months of the original purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reasonable notice is appreciated if you need to reschedule your practical training.

6. Bold Bronze Launch Kit

The Bold Bronze Launch Kit is an optional add-on available during enrolment.

Where selected:

  • Your order will be placed with our trusted supplier as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Equipment is shipped directly from the supplier to your nominated delivery address.

  • Shipping timeframes are determined by the supplier.

  • Warranty claims, product faults and equipment support are handled directly by the supplier in accordance with their policies.

Once your order has been placed with the supplier, it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded through Bold Bronze Academy.

7. Payments

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment option selected during enrolment.

Where a payment plan is chosen:

  • The payment plan is an agreement to pay the total course fee.

  • It is not a month-to-month subscription.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of course access until outstanding payments have been received.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of The Bold Bronze Method™, all sales are final.

Bold Bronze Academy does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Lack of time

  • Change in personal or business circumstances

  • Failure to access or utilise the course materials

9. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully within the course and private student community.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive behaviour or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course or community without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Bronze Beaute trading as Bold Bronze Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this course or the implementation of the information provided.

Students accept full responsibility for how they choose to apply the education provided.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Student and Bold Bronze Beaute trading as Bold Bronze Academy regarding enrolment in The Bold Bronze Method™.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By ticking the Terms & Conditions checkbox during checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Student Agreement and the Terms of Enrolment for The Bold Bronze Method™.
